Who We Are
We are the Student Ministries of Impact Community Church in Sacramento, California. Our mission is to provide an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for students so that they may connect with Jesus(Reach UP), grow in their love for Him (Reach IN) and learn how to share God’s gift with their world (Reach OUT).

Our students are led by Josh Christian, our Student Ministries Pastor. Josh has been serving at Impact since June 2006. He and his wife have been married since December 2001 and have three boys and twin girls, Jaden, Trace, Liam, Talia and Olivia. Josh graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Bible & Theology and Youth Ministry in 2002 from San Jose Christian College (now William Jessup University in Rocklin, Ca.) He has been in youth ministry since 1999.
Impact is a non-denominational Christian church. Impact launched in 2000 as a church plant from Stadia: New Church Strategies. Since it’s launch, Impact has grown from 6 individuals meeting in a living room to over 800 people worshipping on any given weekend.
Impact Community Church exists to see “Changed Lives By Reaching UP, IN & OUT! That’s it — plain and simple. With a mission to see lives changed — the cycle is straightforward. Reach UP to God. Reach IN to the church. Reach OUT to others. Once we Reach OUT – we hope to persuade people to Reach UP and start the cycle again!
We are to worship God with our entire lives (heart, mind, soul and body). Jesus said in Matthew that he came to serve, not to be served. So, we have a foundation at Impact of Worship and Service (or ministry). It’s what our church and our vision are based on.
